Data collected and purposes

Contact form: name, email address, subject, details and message. Purpose: answering your quote or information request. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6-1-b GDPR). Retention: 3 years after the last contact.
Course enrolment and follow-up (Numersalis Academy platform): identity, professional contact details, date and place of birth (required for French training certificates and statutory reporting), attendance, assessments, satisfaction surveys. Purpose: performance of the training agreement and the legal obligations of a training provider. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation. Retention: duration of the course then archiving for the statutory period (up to 10 years for accounting documents and training evidence).
Audience measurement: with your consent, Google Analytics 4 collects pseudonymised browsing data (pages viewed, device, traffic source). Purpose: improving the site. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Retention: 14 months.
Form protection: Google reCAPTCHA analyses interactions with the form to tell humans from bots. It is loaded only when you start filling in the form. Legal basis: legitimate interest (site security).

Recipients

Your data is processed by the Numersalis team. It may be passed to our technical processors: Hostinger (hosting, European Union), Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA — transfers governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), and, for funded courses, to your OPCO or funding body on request. It is never sold.

Cookies

Strictly necessary: your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage for 6 months; no other cookie is set without your consent.
Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics): set only after you accept through the banner. You can change your choice at any time via "Manage cookies" at the bottom of each page.
Fonts: fonts are hosted on our servers; no request is sent to Google Fonts.
Maps: the site does not load an interactive map; the link to Google Maps sends data to Google only if you click it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as to data portability and to set instructions about your data after your death. To exercise them, write to info@numersalis.com or by post to the address above, with proof of identity. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
