Qualiopi certification
Numersalis is Qualiopi certified for training actions. The certification attests to the quality of our processes and makes our courses eligible for public and pooled funding in France.
What is Qualiopi?
Qualiopi is the French quality certification mark for providers of skills-development actions, created by the "Avenir professionnel" law of 5 September 2018. It is based on the National Quality Framework, with seven criteria and thirty-two indicators: information to the public, design of the services, adaptation to learners, resources, instructor skills, monitoring and continuous improvement. Since 1 January 2022 it has been mandatory for a course to be funded by an OPCO, France Travail, a Region or the personal training account (CPF).

What the certification means for you
- Funding: for companies based in France, our courses are eligible for funding by your OPCO; we provide the agreement, syllabus, attendance sheets and certificates.
- A written syllabus for every course: objectives, prerequisites, content, assessment methods, duration and price are published on each course page and in the related PDF.
- Adaptation: a positioning questionnaire before the session, an adjusted syllabus, an assessment at the end.
- Continuous improvement: your feedback (satisfaction survey at the end of the session, then a few months later) is analysed and feeds the update of our content.
Results indicators
In accordance with indicator 2 of the National Quality Framework, Numersalis publishes results indicators suited to its services. As our first certified sessions are being assessed, the indicators below will be filled in on this page at the close of the first measurement period, by 31 December 2026 at the latest.
- Satisfaction rate: average of the scores given by learners in the satisfaction survey handed out at the end of each session (scale of 1 to 5), expressed as a percentage, across all sessions in the period.
- Completion rate: number of learners who attended the whole course (attendance sheets) divided by the number of learners enrolled.
- Objective achievement rate: share of learners who passed the end-of-course assessment (quiz or practical exercise).
- Number of learners trained over the period.
The calculation method is stated for each indicator; the reference period is the calendar year.
