Syllabus

Day 1 — Bearings and master data

• The Dynamics 365 ecosystem: Finance & Operations, related applications, Power Platform.
• Navigation, workspaces, personalisation; search and filters.
• Master data: customer and supplier accounts, products, resources.

Day 2 — Business processes

• Financial processes: general and analytical accounting, cash management, fixed assets.
• Planning, executing and tracking logistics operations; production and supply chain processes.
• Tracking progress and budgets of internal and external projects.

Day 3 (optional) — Automation and steering

• Workflows and validation rules; alerts.
• Built-in reporting, exports to Excel and Power BI.
• Roles and security, compliance, performance best practices.

The syllabus is adjusted to the functional scope of your teams (finance, logistics, production or projects) and can be extended to a fourth day.

Audience and prerequisites

Engineers, managers and professionals involved in task and resource management: key users, management controllers, logistics or production managers, project managers. Prerequisites: basic knowledge of business management and digital tools.
